HTC has continued to remain a force to reckon with when it comes to flagship smartphones, we have seen a number of really impressive Smartphones from the tech giants.
Just recently we saw quite a number of leaks from reputable leakers and it has only helped to raise our curiosity about the next HTC Smartphone – the HTC One M10 which might just be called the HTC 10.
Eval Blass revealed via his Twitter account @evleaks so much of what the HTC 10 would be. To further excite our curiosity were other leaks from Steve Hemmerstoffer via his Twitter handle @onleaks, they revealed almost everything we need to know about the HTC One M10.
The HTC One M10 will launch on Tuesday 12th April, 2016. From the leaked images, we can see obviously that HTC has revamped the design of the HTC 10. There is now a Type-C USB on the bottom of the phone surrounded by a single bottom speaker. It’s about time we said goodbye to the front firing stereo speakers on HTC flagships.
HTC 10 really looks different from its predecessors. There is now a rectangular Samsung-like home button which would also double as a fingerprint sensor, by the each side of the home button is the back button and the other options button. We’ll no more be seeing the HTC brand name in front of the phone but rather at the back.
The back of the phone remains metal and has smoothly finished edges, the volume keys and power button are perfectly placed on right hand side of the phone and a head jack port on the top of the HTC 10.
According to Steve Hemmerstoffer (@onleaks), the HTC 10 flagship would feature a 5.15-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB RAM, 12MP rear camera, and a Type-C USB port.
Even though there’s still uncertainty about the launch of the HTC One M10, Eval Blass of @evleaks says that the US retail of HTC 10 will happen in the week of May 9th.
We’ll provide you with more information on the HTC 10 as things unfold. But for now, do you welcome the new design of the HTC One M10? What features would you like to see on the HTC 10?
