The Federal Civil Service Commission of Nigeria (FCSC) is an executive body in Nigeria that has the authority to make appointments and transfers, and to exercise disciplinary control over all Federal Civil Servants.

No officer can be appointed into the Civil Service without authorization from the Federal Civil Service Commission if they have been convicted of a crime, or had previously been employed in the Government Service and had been dismissed or asked to resign or retire.

In a statement signed by Mustapha L. Sulaiman, the Federal Civil Service Commission is calling for new applications into available positions for the Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment 2016.

The FSCS went further to stress that the Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment 2016 application and submission of the Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment 2016 Form is online and free to all who care to apply.

No applicant should pay any amount to any individual or group to secure a placement in the Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment 2016 as the whole process is free to all and at no cost to applicants.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR VAVANCIES IN THE FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE

The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) wishes to announce vacancies in the following MDAs:

  1. Federal Ministry of Education
  2. Federal Ministry of Labour & Productivity
  3. Federal Ministry of Finance
  4. Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  5. Federal Ministry of Information and Culture
  6. Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing
  7. Federal Ministry of Science and Technology
  8. Federal Ministry of Transport
  9. Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation
  10. Office of the Surveyor-General of the Federation
  11. Bureau of Public Procurement

Suitably qualified candidates with character and integrity who are interested in making career in the Federal Civil Service are invited to complete and submit application online on FCSC Website – https://vacancy.fedcivilservice.gov.ng for any of the posts indicated in each of the MDAs.

For avoidance of doubt, completion/submission online is free and at no cost to applicants in line with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Convention.

The completion/submission will run for six (6) weeks from the date of this publication.

  • Register on the portal using all your correct details, including your current phone number and functional e-mail address
  • You’ll receive an application and verification mail in the email address you provided while in the registration process.
  • Verify your account
  • If you receive a ‘Successfully Registered‘ message after you click “Register” you will be automatically logged in and can proceed to available jobs, select and apply
  • Proceed to fill the Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment 2016 application form online and ensure all fields are filled correctly
  • Attach documents where necessary
  • Submit application when done
